SKATING SCHOOL ASSISTANT (FULL-TIME)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide quality customer service in ticketing and skating school counter;
• Responsible for class scheduling and other related arrangement;
• Handle private party and rink rental enquiry;
• Handle registration and membership recruitment;
• Assist in organising/ operating all the events and programs in the rink;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good communication and personnel skill
• Passion to serve and willing to learn
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Relevant working experiences in ice rink, customer service or recreational clubs is an advantage
• Working on weekends and festive seasons is required
